Water Bottle Fundraising Report
We have collected $409.04 from Today's fundraising at Manhattan Beach!! Thank you so much for your support!
In the morning, there were people running but they seemed not carrying any cash to donate. In the afternoon, many shoppers and local people were on the street. We were so touched by many children took out almost all cash they had in their pocket or purse.
As we posted yesterday, this funds is going to the Stand Up with JAPAN. Again, thank you so much!

Water Bottle Fundraising Tomorrow!
Sunday, 4/17 from 9am-3pm ,
We are going to be in front of Chase bank, on the corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd. and Manhattan Ave. in Manhattan Beach.
To communicate with audience on the street., we have prepared bottle water and message board. We are hoping our effort will reach many people and we will collect some more help for Japan.
Last time, we donated $1811.85, a fund from the charity yard sale, to Japan Red Cross through Consulate General of Japan. Since Japan Red Cross is taking so much more time to spread the funds, we have decided to donate to Stand Up for JAPAN this time. We will keep researching not only ways of donating fund, how to fundraising, but also what and how to improve our activities.

the 1st fundraising event : Yard Sale
Our first fundraising yard sale was held on 4/2/2011, and we donated $1811.85 to Japan Red Cross through Consulate General of Japan.
